Great to meet you!

I work with women and mothers who feel stuck and maybe they’ve tried therapy before, done the self-help books, but something still feels unresolved. My approach goes beyond symptom management. I help clients reconnect with their bodies, their inner child, and their intuition so they can feel present, empowered, and proud of who they’re becoming.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, parenting struggles, or simply want to break cycles and be more connected with yourself and your family, I’m here to help you heal today so you can slay tomorrow.

My approach to therapy

I believe in listening to the whole person mind, body, and story. That means we don’t just focus on symptoms; we look at what your body is telling you, how your past may still be playing a role in the present, and what needs support sometimes that includes checking in with doctors or other specialists to make sure we’re covering all the bases.

My role isn’t to “fix” you but to help you reconnect with your natural strengths. You already have something special, therapy is here to enhance that, not take it away.

In our work together, we might explore how generational patterns have shaped you and how to break free from those cycles. I use CRM (Comprehensive Resource Model) to help you safely reconnect with younger parts of yourself and heal wounds from the inside out. When trauma feels stuck in the body or mind, I use ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) to gently clear the emotional charge and bring relief without having to relive every detail.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and deeply respectful of where you come from and where you’re headed.

What you can expect from me

In sessions with me, clients learn how to stop outsourcing their worth and start trusting themselves. My goal is to help you step into your own power, not just talk about change, but feel it, live it, and own it.

You can expect a safe, grounded space where we tune into what your body and inner self are really trying to say. We’ll explore patterns, generational stories, and the parts of you that may have been silenced or forgotten. Along the way, you’ll learn how to listen inward, make aligned choices, and rely less on external validation.
