Hello- My name Elizabeth and I am a licensed mental health counselor with 15 years of experience in the mental health field with expertise in areas such as addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem.

The cause of discomfort can vary, but the solution is within us. Sometimes it just takes a safe space, and a caring listener to help uncover it.

Areas of specialization include mental health and relationship issues (Self-defeating behaviors, depression, mood disorders, addiction). Using a collaborative approach while incorporating positive life skills and out of the box therapy techniques.
