I provide telehealth services in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Texas, and Virginia. I am experienced in working with youth, adults, and the elderly. We will work together to help meet your goals, will explore ways in how we can work together to help you move forward, and reach your full potential. I am trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy- Insomnia, Pain Management treatment, trauma informed care, and grief treatment.
