Great to meet you!

My ideal client is stable, technology savvy, capable, dependable, and used to handling a lot. On paper, your life may look steady—career, relationships, responsibilities all in place. But underneath, you might feel drained, disconnected, emotionally burnout or caught in patterns you can’t fully make sense of.

Anxiety can show up as constant overthinking, tension in your relationships, or a sense that you’re no longer fully yourself. You’re looking for clarity, more effective communication, and healthier ways to manage stress without losing who you are.

I offer solution-focused therapy. We will work beyond coping skills and discover what’s contributing to your stress and patterns, and build skills you can actually use in your daily life. My approach is grounded in proven methods and designed to help you create noticeable, meaningful change.

You don’t have to keep pushing through on your own. When something feels off or heavier than it should, it’s worth paying attention to. Therapy helps to sort through what’s going on, gain direction, and move forward with intention. My goal is to help you feel like yourself again—clear, steady, and confident in how you show up in your life & relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative. I work alongside clients as partners, helping them clarify their goals and develop a roadmap for growth. This collaboration fosters a sense of agency and ownership over the therapeutic process, which research shows is critical for sustained progress.

My approach is the combination of evidence-based therapeutic methods, a trauma-informed lens, and a genuine commitment to tailoring treatment to each person’s unique story and goals.

Therapy is deeply personal, and I believe the foundation of effective treatment lies in building a trusting, supportive relationship. Clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about their future. My role is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard, understood, and empowered. I prioritize meeting each individual where they are emotionally and psychologically, recognizing that every person’s experience is unique and that healing does not follow a one-size-fits-all path.

What you can expect from me

During your first session with me, you’ll find a supportive and welcoming space where we can get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you’re facing, and your goals for counseling. To better understand your unique situation, I’ll also ask about your personal history and any relevant background information.

We’ll review important details like confidentiality, how sessions are structured, and the therapeutic approach I use in treatment. This initial meeting is also your opportunity to ask questions and share any concerns you may have.
