Great to meet you!

Greetings! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia. I work with grief and loss, LGBTQIA concerns, social and generalized anxiety and depression. If you are struggling with a complicated loss, I am here to help.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Even though therapy can involve difficult and painful emotions, I strive to provide a relaxed, unhurried space for you to sort through your experiences, search for meaningful patterns and gain a better understanding of your inner workings. I believe that this process will reveal hidden strengths. And, ultimately, give you the confidence to move in a direction that is authentic and meaningful to you.

What you can expect from our first session

I tailor my sessions to each person's comfort level, using a combination of person-centered therapy, somatic experiencing and expressive arts. My office is located in Decatur, GA near the Emory Campus and I offer both in-person and video sessions. Give me a call or email to learn more: 678-907-3106 or [email protected]
