Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I focus on creating a safe, welcoming space where you can be yourself and work through life’s challenges at your own pace. I have a background in supporting clients through a range of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and trauma. When I’m not working, you’ll find me petting my cats, getting out in nature, being with loved ones, or getting lost in an art project

My approach to therapy

I embrace an eclectic, warm and person-centered approach, tailoring sessions to meet the unique needs of each client. In sessions, I focus on creating a strong therapeutic relationship, exploring ways to uncover your own insights as well as develop strategies that resonate with your personal values and goals. My approach is grounded in collaboration and paced with your unique needs in mind.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect a space that feels grounded, warm, and affirming—somewhere you don’t have to filter your thoughts or emotions. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, build emotional resilience, and develop tools that feel authentic to you. Whether we’re exploring grief, navigating relationship dynamics, or untangling anxiety, I aim to walk alongside you with curiosity, care, and a deep respect for your lived experience. Over time, many clients report feeling more empowered, self-aware, and aligned with who they truly are.
