Great to meet you!

As a licensed psychologist, I help clients achieve their goals and overcome challenges through a collaborative and evidence-based approach. Using a culturally responsive cognitive behavior therapy framework, I create a safe space for self-exploration and making meaningful change. Working together, my clients have reported improved mood, relationships, and self-image. I have helped clients change unhelpful habits, adjust to life transitions, and reach their goals.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in evidence-based care for a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, chronic pain, adjustment to life transitions, and trauma. We begin with identifying your goals and establishing a treatment plan. We work collaboratively and measure progress over time. I offer CBT with integration of ACT & DBT skills, within a relational context.

I have specialized clinical experience in palliative care and psycho-oncology, geropsychiatry, chronic pain and disability, and sexual trauma. I have specialized training in providing care for clients in the LGBTQIA+ community and in the reproductive phase of their lives.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will start with an opportunity for you to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We can work together on this! I have a direct, nonjudgmental, and collaborative approach.
