Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience specializing in treating children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with addiction and mental health issues. My practice offers individual and family counseling in areas of depression, anxiety, and many other behavioral areas. Taking the step and reaching out to a therapist is the first step in understanding and seeing your life through a different lens and discovering ways to make positive changes in your life.

My approach to therapy

I offer individual and group therapy to all ages. I use a multi-disciplinary approach that is person-centered and focused on building self-confidence and resiliency. Self-awareness is the key to growth and the goal of therapy is to understand how to live a happy and satisfying life despite certain circumstances and past experiences.

What you can expect from me

Clients will begin to see the power of connecting with others and see improvement in self-confidence. Identifying areas in their past that have influenced who they are today will help them overcome fears and beliefs that have interfered with achieving goals. Clients will learn to create healthier, meaningful relationships and learn ways they can lead a more fulfilling life.
