Seeking help can feel intimidating, but you do not have to navigate things alone. I work with adults and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, stress, burnout, trauma-related concerns, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Through collaborative treatment planning, medication management, and supportive therapy, I help individuals build stability, resilience, confidence, and meaningful progress toward improved mental wellness.
