Great to meet you!
With over 12 years of experience in behavioral health, I understand that reaching out for therapy isn’t always easy. Throughout my career—including extensive experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting—I’ve had the privilege of helping adolescents and adults navigate some of life’s most challenging moments.
Working in crisis settings has taught me how to remain calm, grounded, and compassionate, even when life feels overwhelming. Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to worry about being “too much” or saying the wrong thing. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as we work together toward meaningful change.
I work with teens, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and emotional regulation difficulties. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), strengths-based therapy, and person-centered therapy, I help clients build practical skills while gaining deeper insight into themselves.
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely heard and accepted. Whether you’re facing a current challenge or looking to better understand yourself, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move toward the life you want to create.
