Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in working with trauma, mood disorders and anxiety. I am EMDR Certified with experience in several other types of therapy including CBT, DBT and exposure. I love working with women and the LGBTQ+ community.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to give you the tools that you need to live your best life. I pull from my knowledge of different types of therapy to build on your own strengths and resilience. If we can do it with warmth, humor and compassion, even better.

What you can expect from me

I want to provide a place in which you can understand and heal from the past, and explore your full potential. I believe that life is about growth and that the point of therapy is to get out of therapy!
