I am a clinical social worker who has worked with all ages, from birth to elderly. I have a Masters in Social Work and am also a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor. My speciality areas are children and the LGBTQ+ community.

My approach to therapy

With children I utilize play therapy and Sandtray therapy as well as CBT. With adults, I utitlize CBT and person centered therapy.

The first session is a chance for us to get to know one another. I will have lots of questions as I learn more about you, but we can take it at your pace!
