Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Elizabeth, a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to supporting your mental wellness. My practice is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a practical approach I use when working with couples and individuals ages 17 and older. I specialize in treating challenges like anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and relationship issues. I completed my Master's degree at St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas. I look forward to connecting with you and beginning your journey to healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a highly effective, evidence-based, and goal-oriented method. We'll work together to identify and process the emotions and recognize the thoughts and behaviors that cause you distress. My style is collaborative and empowering, focusing on building practical skills in the present to create lasting change and greater clarity in your life.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy is a big step, my priority is making sure you feel comfortable and accepted in a welcoming and safe environment. In this first session, we'll discuss your current concerns and begin identifying your goals for healing. We'll outline initial action steps to start our work together, ensuring you leave with a clear sense of direction and support.
