Great to meet you!

Hey there! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida, bringing over two decades of experience to the table. I got my Masters and Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. My style? It's all about compassion, empathy, and using proven methods that fit your specific situation. I truly believe therapy can help build resilience and personal growth. I'm here to walk alongside you on your journey to feeling whole again.

My approach to therapy

In my work as a therapist, I've discovered that one of my strengths is tuning into and unraveling core beliefs. I've become pretty good at understanding how these beliefs drive our actions and feelings. My approach is all about gently helping clients see and question these beliefs, so they can take charge of their lives. I'm here to support their journey towards self-awareness, resilience, and growth, aiming to spark long-lasting transformation along the way.

What you can expect from me

During our initial session, our focus will be on building rapport and getting to know each other better. This will include understanding your strengths and the challenges you may be facing. We will collaborate to develop tailored strategies and goals for our therapeutic journey together.
