Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Elizabeth, a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy is a collaborative process built on trust and the belief that every person has the capacity for growth. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing tools to create meaningful change. I specialize in working with individuals navigating addiction, trauma, anxiety, and other life stressors using a strengths-based approach and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques tailored to each client’s individual needs.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative partnership, and I meet each client where they are while supporting them in building awareness, developing coping skills, and creating sustainable changes that align with their personal goals.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming environment where we begin building a foundation and exploring what brings them to therapy. My goal is for clients to feel heard while gaining a clearer sense of how therapy can support their personal growth and goals.
