Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I love helping people find balance, healing, and connection in their lives. My approach to therapy is both evidence-based and humanistic—I use proven tools while also focusing on the whole person.

Outside of the therapy room, I try to live by the same balance I encourage in my clients. I love spending time with my dog and four cats, cooking, paddle boarding, going to concerts, playing the keytar, embroidery, and video games. I like to say I “know a lot about some things and a little about everything”—which often helps me connect with clients in fun and unexpected ways. I believe that joy, rest, and play are just as important as responsibility, and that making space for them helps us show up as the best version of ourselves.

If you’re curious about working together or simply want to learn more, I’d love to connect with you!

My approach to therapy

Currently, I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and work with clients ages 15 and up in individual and couples therapy. Whether you’re coming in with specific goals or just know that something feels “off,” I’ll meet you where you are and collaborate with you to create a plan that feels authentic and uniquely yours.

What you can expect from me

I earned my Master of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University in 2018, where I completed tracks in both Professional Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy, as well as a specialization in Play Therapy. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including intensive outpatient programs, community mental health, private practice, and integrated behavioral health. These experiences have given me the opportunity to work with people across the lifespan and with a wide range of needs.
