Ella Hayes

I am a retired educator, a licensed Clinical Social Worker and an ordained Baptist Minister. I rely on a strong faith to help clients navigate through their own challenges. I enjoy helping clients explore their purpose and gain self-worth through therapy. I love working with different age groups, cultures and ethnicities. I am certified to work with Autistic and zero- to five-year-old children.

I work with clients from a strength-based, CBT, EFT style with creativity and humor. I am willing to walk beside the client as they grow and heal.

I am goal oriented and expect the client to work as hard or harder than me at reaching their personal goals. My hope is that clients will grow in self-awareness, and self-acceptance as they reach their personal goals of mental health.
