Great to meet you!

I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 16 years, with an additional 10 years of experience as a Registered Social Worker. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger concerns, substance use, and life stressors. My experience across community and clinical settings has given me a well-rounded understanding of the challenges individuals face and the practical tools that can help.

I believe maintaining good mental health is essential, and therapy can be a supportive space to regain balance, clarity, and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered and collaborative. I meet you where you are and work alongside you to understand the challenges you’re facing. Through active listening, evidence-based strategies, and practical coping tools, we focus on building insight, emotional regulation, and healthier patterns that support meaningful change. My goal is to create a safe, respectful environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about building connection and understanding your goals. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, review confidentiality, and talk about how we can work together effectively. My focus is on helping you feel comfortable, informed, and confident about taking this next step. There is no pressure — we move at a pace that feels right for you.
