Great to meet you!
I work with people navigating ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, OCD, complex trauma, gender identity, LGBTQ+ experiences and attachment wounds. Whether you’re untangling years of masking, exploring your identity, sexuality, non-traditional relationship structures or simply trying to make sense of why relationships feel so hard (or so good and that’s scary), I’m here to sit with you in it — gently, curiously, and without judgment.
My approach is relational, neurodivergent-affirming, and trauma-informed, with a deep respect for your unique rhythms, inner world, and survival strategies. Therapy with me is less about "fixing" and more about uncovering — the parts of you that got buried, the wisdom you already carry, and the ways you want to show up in your life and relationships.
I’m warm, honest, and deeply curious. I believe healing happens when we feel truly seen — and I genuinely want to see you. All of you. When I’m not in session, you’ll find me running, rock climbing, painting/drawing, and connecting with nature.
