Great to meet you!

My name is Ellah and I’m a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner; I’m also a wife and a mom.

My practice focuses on providing trauma-informed, individualized attention to diverse populations, with a specialization in perinatal maternal mental health, bipolar spectrum and neurodivergent-affirming care.

Prior to becoming a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I provided holistic nursing care as a pediatric RN, ensuring compassionate patient-and-family-centered support.

My approach to therapy

I believe in helping my patients facilitate their wellness through all the many chapters of their lives by building a therapeutic relationship that fosters growth and trust. Let’s build your toolkit for mental wellness together.

What you can expect from me

During our first visit, I’ll take time to get to know you—your experiences, your background, and what brings you in—at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We’ll work together to create a treatment plan that feels supportive and right for your needs, which may include a combination of medication management and supportive psychotherapy.
