Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with years of experience in compassionate clinical care, supervision, and mental health leadership. I work with people navigating emotional stress, difficult relationships, past experiences, and life transitions. I have a particular interest in supporting women who carry the pressure of being strong for everyone else.

My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. You don’t have to have the right words or everything figured out before we begin. Together, we can explore what’s weighing on you and work toward healthier boundaries, greater self-trust, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel understood, respected, and actively involved in the process. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive, with attention to how your experiences, relationships, and identity shape your life.

I draw from cognitive behavioral strategies, mindfulness, and a strengths-based perspective to help you recognize patterns, manage difficult emotions, and develop practical ways to respond to stress. We’ll make room for honest conversations while working on tools you can use between sessions.

I bring compassion, thoughtful questions, and gentle accountability. Together, we’ll identify what matters most to you and set goals that fit your needs and pace; whether that means setting boundaries, navigating a transition, or making more room for yourself in your own life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a warm, judgment free conversation about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to change. We’ll explore your concerns, discuss your background, and identify goals together. You can ask questions and share at your own pace and you don’t need to have everything figured out to begin.
