Elle Trieber

I am a clinical social worker with nearly seven years of experience working in community mental health and crisis intervention, and I have been working in private practice since 2024. I work with diverse individuals across genders, sexualities, cultures, ethnicities, socioeconomic statuses and abilities.

I specialize in life transitions, self-esteem, insecure attachments in adulthood, and developmental trauma. As a fat and queer clinician, I approach body image from a fat-positive and queer-affirming perspective.

I enjoy building rapport and developing unique relationships with my clients that form the bedrock of our work together. I believe each individual is the expert on themselves, and, as a therapist, I strive to provide the knowledge, tools and a safe space for clients to heal and transcend.
