As a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Pediatric Primary Care Mental Health Specialist Nurse Practitioner I am committed to working with people of all ages to improve their mental health and achieve their potential. Together we will explore the distressing issues and create a plan of support, informed by evidence-based practices, to empower you toward your mental health and wellness goals. I am grateful to be able to assist people through their challenging life experiences. My approach is holistic and solution focused. Our initial sessions will focus on getting to know you better, understanding the symptoms and the stressors you experience and prioritizing your goals for treatment.

Our initial sessions will focus on knowing you better and understanding your main concerns, the symptoms that you want to resolve and the stressors that you experience. We will plan strategies to support you, physically, emotionally and socially. The goal of care is to increase your understanding, build upon your strengths, and increase your ability to cope, make positive changes and find your way to wellness.
