Great to meet you!

I've practiced holistic psychotherapy since 2000, with roots in energy and wellness work that go back to 1987. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, NCC)

with a master's in psychology and counseling, and I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR for trauma healing.

Earlier in my career I trained and worked as a clinical counselor at the Savannah College of Art & Design.

If you've been carrying something heavy and want a calm, grounded space to work

through it, I'd be happy to discuss and to help you find a time that fits!

My approach to therapy

My intuitive approach helps you understand root cause/s of trauma, communication patterns, and boundary issues that may be keeping you stuck. Together we'll

look at what's working and what needs more balance across your personal and professional relationships – you'll learn to be more mindful to stay grounded and calm. I love helping you to be your best!

As a Christian I work with the guidance and teachings of Jesus Christ and am committed to this core perspective, and I welcome clients of all backgrounds. I often

start by asking simple questions: How does life feel to you right now? What's too much, and what's not enough?

What you can expect from me

Most clients come to me wanting to feel less stuck and more like themselves. Together we'll set goals in alignment with your truth and find new levels of insight, self-love, and inner harmony.

As we work, you'll start to notice what isn't serving you, shift past old emotional wounds and barriers, and reach a deeper clarity to make healthier choices feel more natural. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more grounded, centered,

and clear than when you arrived.
