Great to meet you!

I love being a mom of 3 now grown children, and married 40 years (as of 9/26). Our kitty / dog are now a big part of our lives! I am also a writer; some of my Spirit-infused poems have been put to iTunes!

If you've been carrying something heavy and want a calm, grounded space to work

through it, I'd be happy to discuss and to help you find a time that fits!

I've practiced holistic psychotherapy since 2000, with roots in energy / wellness / healthy eating that go back to 1987.

2000-06 I trained / worked as a clinical counselor at the Savannah College of Art & Design. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, NCC) with a master's in Psychology / Counseling since '01.

My approach to therapy

My intuitive approach helps you understand root cause/s of trauma, communication patterns, and boundary issues that may be keeping you stuck. Together we'll

look at what's working and what needs more balance across your personal / professional relationships – you'll learn to be more aware to stay grounded, centered, clear and calm. I love helping you to be your best self!

I draw most on EMDR for trauma healing; additionally, will use CBT, Mindfulness, and Socratic Questioning...

As a Christian I work with the guidance and teachings of Jesus Christ and am committed to this core perspective. I welcome clients of all backgrounds. I often start by asking simple questions: How does life feel to you right now? What's too much, and what's not enough? What are your goals for a happy life?

What you can expect from me

Most clients come to me wanting to feel less stuck and more like themselves. Together we'll begin with a review of my Intake form. We will identify areas of concern and set goals in alignment with your truth to find new levels of insight, self-love, and inner harmony.

As we work, you'll start to notice what isn't serving you, shift past old emotional wounds and barriers, and reach a deeper clarity to make healthier choices feel more natural. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more grounded, centered, and clear than when you arrived.
