I'm most interested in working with folks who want to feel more liberated from their past. I specialize in EMDR therapy and supporting you in creating more ease in your everyday life. My approach tends to be grounding and direct; session time is spent working directly with what's present so you can get back to feeling your best.
During our first session, we'll spend some time getting to know one another and establishing what your goal for therapy is. From there, we'll work directly with your goals and spend session time focusing on them so you can get back to your most expansive life!
