Hello! I'm a biracial-Black independent Social Worker (LISW) located in Columbus, Ohio. With over 15 years in the mental health field, I aim to provide a supportive, empathetic, and down-to-earth space for you to explore what's present.

Healing begins with being seen. In a world where isolation, grief, and burnout are all too common, I offer a space grounded in presence, trust, and empathy, where all parts of you are welcome. Whether you’re processing the effects of early neglect, trauma, or the chronic weight of being “the strong one,” this is a space where your needs are no longer sidelined. Clients often describe our work together as grounding, collaborative, and deeply human. I aim to meet you right where you are, with empathy.

Having difficulty moving on from something that happened in the past, or ever notice how the parts of you that feel angry, sad, or alone seem to be running the show at times? EMDR and Internal Family Systems (also known as parts work) are two types of therapy that may allow you to move forward.

I’m committed to creating an affirming space that supports racial justice, neurodiversity, and the rights and well-being of the LGBTQ+ community. In our work together, we'll rediscover your sense of possibility and choice, guiding you toward embodying the life you truly long for.

During our first session, we'll spend some time getting to know one another and establishing what your goal for therapy is. From there, we'll work directly with your goals and spend session time focusing on them so you can get back to your most expansive life!
