Great to meet you!

I started working during college at a woman's shelter in Pennsylvania. There was always the question asked, why do they stay? I learned that there were a myriad of answers. That is how therapy works, there is never a simple fix, but there is a way forward with a guide to help you get there.

My approach to therapy

I have a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. Whether you're facing anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, my approach is collaborative, respectful, and grounded in trust.

I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds, offering a calm and supportive space where your thoughts and feelings are met with curiosity, not judgment. Together, we’ll explore patterns that no longer serve you and work toward creating meaningful, lasting change.

If you're looking for a therapist who brings both clinical insight and genuine care, I’d be honored to connect with you.

What you can expect from me

We will set a direction, a goal or an idea to think about between sessions.
