I consider it a great honor to have the opportunity to help my clients work toward their goals while expressing their feelings and frustrations. Together we will begin a journey based on our mutual trust to improve and address any and all issues that interfere with the clients ability to lead their most productive, joyful and authentic life possible.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in all issues that affect a client and their ability to move forward in their life. Grief is a condition that affects many of us. Whether it is the loss of a parent, a spouse, a child, a marriage, a friendship or job there are many emotions, and it is vital to have someone you trust to help process these feeling and move forward.

Having experienced many stages of life and having had many difficult and challenging experiences as well as hopeful and joyful outcomes in finding a way to process these times in treatment, I am optimistic that we can build positive relationships and positive outcomes with my clients.
