Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I specialize in working with youth and young adults ages 7-25. My background is in School Social Work; I believe that with the right tools, our young people have the potential to excel in all areas of their life. My practice focuses on clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD and Autism.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered and I often utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques. I can also be an advocate for any school-based support that is needed (e.g. collaboration for IEP or 504 meetings).

What you can expect from me

For clients under 18, the first session will be with parents only. I believe it is paramount to partner with parents to meet the needs of the child. For clients under 10, parents will be an integral part of sessions. For all clients, the initial session will focus on relative background information collected through a Social Developmental Study interview. Once completed, we will develop therapeutic goals tailored to the needs of each individual client.
