Great to meet you!

Supporting teens, young adults, and parents through life’s most overwhelming moments is at the heart of my work. I work with clients who are navigating anxiety, stress, perfectionism, school pressures, social challenges, and big life transitions. I also work closely with parents who are trying their best to support their children but feel stuck, worried, or unsure of what to do next.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices that help clients feel understood while building real, meaningful skills for managing anxiety and improving their sense of self.

What you can expect from me

From our first session together, my goal is to help clients feel supported and understood. I don't view people as something to be "fixed," but as individuals who are shaped by experiences and relationships.
