Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Dr. Williams. If you're feeling unsettled, unhappy, or overwhelmed, this is a safe place for you to begin exploring. My approach to therapy starts with being curious about you and how I might be able to help ease your mind. I'll share my 30 years of experience as a clinical psychologist and mental health leader to help you find the information, resources, and treatment you need to feel better.

My approach to therapy

My style is compassionate and direct. I use a combination of well-researched interventions like CBT, mindfulness-based behavioral health, health psychology and positive psychology to help you get where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

I want my clients to take away a feeling of being heard and being well-informed, to understand the many options for living a better life, and be able to consider the consequences of their actions and choices so they can choose the best path for themselves.
