Great to meet you!

Trying something new and asking for help can feel daunting. Even looking for a therapist is a great first step. I hope to cultivate a safe place for you to feel heard, empowered, and confident in your journey moving forward. I want to help you find the tools to keep growing.

I have been a therapist for four years and became a LSCW in July of 2023. I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, and family stressors. I offer therapy in-person or via telehealth.

My approach to therapy

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to push back against those thoughts to change your feelings for the better.

What you can expect from me

I hope to cultivate a safe place for you to feel heard, empowered, and confident in your journey moving forward. I want to help you find the tools to keep growing. The goals we create are solution focused and are usually adjusted every six moths.
