Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Ellie! I’m a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist who helps high-achieving individuals move from feeling 'exhausted and alone' to feeling grounded and whole. I specialize in helping people navigate anxiety, identity shifts, and the heavy pressure of constantly having to perform for others. My goal is to help you stop being a character in your own life and start becoming the author of your own story. I provide a warm, down-to-earth space where you can take off the 'perfect' mask and finally be truly known.

My approach to therapy

My approach is a collaborative deep-dive into the internal 'scripts' and patterns that keep you feeling stuck or disconnected. Using a blend of Narrative and Attachment-based therapies, we work together to identify the root of your distress rather than just treating the surface symptoms. I focus on helping you build a secure relationship with yourself, replacing self-doubt with self-love and clarity. You can expect our sessions to feel grounded, supportive, and focused on helping you reclaim your sense of purpose.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about creating a soft place for you to land and making sure you feel truly heard. We’ll spend time exploring your story and identifying the specific 'stuck points' that brought you into therapy. My goal is for you to leave that first hour with a sense of relief and a clear, collaborative roadmap for our work together. You can expect a warm, grounded environment where we prioritize your emotional safety from the very start.
