Great to meet you!

In therapy with me, you’ll find a space that balances comfort with challenge. We’ll explore what matters most, get curious about patterns, and use humor when it helps lighten the load. I work with individuals and couples, helping you reconnect with your strengths, make meaningful choices, and build relationships that feel genuine to you.

My approach to therapy

I provide an empowering, non-judgmental space that offers warmth as well as challenge. I enjoy working with clients who want to go beyond symptom relief and cultivate a deeper understanding and healing of their conflicts. Many come to me feeling stuck in patterns, facing relationship challenges, life transitions/challenges or are seeking agency within themselves. Using a psychodynamic approach, I help uncover underlying causes and meaning. I can help with creating long lasting change by being curious about patterns and work collaboratively to cultivate new experiences for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will look like taking time to understand your story, what’s been weighing on you, and what you’re hoping for from therapy. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or navigating loss, we’ll begin shaping a path forward together. Our work together will be tailor to your unique life and needs.
