Great to meet you!

I help adults struggling with anxiety, overthinking, and chronic stress that feels hard to turn off. Many of my clients are high-functioning and self-aware, yet internally experience racing thoughts, self-criticism, overwhelm, or constant pressure. In therapy, we focus on nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and creating a greater sense of internal safety.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, structured, and integrative. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and trauma-informed somatic awareness to help clients shift both thought patterns and physiological stress responses.

  • Practical + easy tools to regulate anxiety and overwhelm in real time
  • Identifying and reshaping unhelpful thought patterns
  • Strengthening emotional awareness and self-compassion
  • Developing grounding and body-based regulation skills
  • Clarifying values and goals to support meaningful change

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, collaborative first session where we explore what’s bringing them to therapy, what feels most important to shift, and the patterns that may be getting in the way. We’ll begin to clarify meaningful goals and create a 90-day plan to guide our work together in a focused, intentional way. I ask thoughtful, reflective questions to help deepen insight, and I also introduce practical tools so clients leave the first session with something concrete they can begin using right away.
