Great to meet you!

Hello, I am so glad you are here!

I am a Colorado-based licensed Mental Health Therapist. I received my B.S. in Psychology from Liberty University and my M.A in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. I have years of experience in mental health and I cater each therapy session to you! I specialize in helping clients tackle searching to cope with grief and loss, anxiety, low self-esteem, and perfectionism.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and holistic and my goal is to focus on your emotional well-being and personal growth while collaborating with you to empower you to achieve your individual goals. I also believe in the healing power of humor and love to laugh with my clients when it is clinically appropriate.

What you can expect from me

I use evidence-based approaches including ACT, DBT, and Humanistic therapies. If you choose to work with me, you can expect to enjoy a warm, affirming, safe space to explore your thoughts and emotions and feel supported as you navigate the complexities of grief and loss, learn to cope with anxiety, and improve your self-esteem while decreasing people-pleasing and over-achieving behaviors.
