
As a therapist, it is my goal address your needs via a strengths-based approach. I am here to help you process the emotions, thoughts, and life events that may be causing you anxiety, depression, or other painful symptoms. My specialty is in supporting survivors of childhood, domestic, relational, or sexual abuse. I believe that, no matter your story, true psychological healing is possible through the self-trust that we will build for you in therapy.

A typical session is 45 minutes long. We begin with a check in on what has occurred in your week and then move on to work focused on your personal therapy goals. We wrap up the session by checking in on how you're feeling and making a plan for the next week.
