Great to meet you!

I genuinely care about creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and understood. I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and respect for your unique story. My goal isn’t to tell you what to do, but to help you connect more deeply with your feelings, values, and needs so you can move through challenges with greater clarity and confidence. Clients often describe me as calm, grounded, and easy to talk to.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and integrative, drawing from evidence-based methods like CBT and ACT while keeping our work centered on your lived experience. Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back, strengthen your self-awareness, and develop tools to navigate life’s changes more effectively. I see therapy as a partnership where we work side by side to create meaningful, sustainable growth rather than quick fixes.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a gentle, conversational space focused on getting to know you. This includes discussing what’s been going on, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to help us clarify your goals, but there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. By the end of our first meeting, you’ll have a sense of what it’s like to work with me and some initial ideas for the direction we might take in therapy.
