Ellie Sprague

I am a National Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado with a bachelor's in Business and a dual masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling. My work has focused on helping individuals know, accept and love themselves. My background is in substance abuse, domestic violence, attachment, and life transitions for individuals age 17 - 80.

Healing is possible and I would love to support you in experiencing it.

My desire is to create a space where clients are able to be fully themselves, feel known and accepted, and overcome barriers that are getting in the way of creating the life they want.
