Great to meet you!

I work with teens, young adults, older adults, and families, especially those navigating medical challenges. I’ve spent the past few years in a cancer hospital supporting patients and their loved ones through difficult and often life-altering experiences. This has shaped my focus on grief, loss, medical trauma, chronic illness, and spirituality. I bring both clinical experience and a deep respect for the emotional weight of these experiences. My work is grounded in helping people make sense of their experiences and reconnect with their inner strengths.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in meaning-making. I am trained in EMDR and Meaning-Centered Psychotherapy, which allows me to support both trauma processing and exploration of purpose, values, and identity. I integrate creativity, honesty, and curiosity to help you better understand your experiences. Therapy with me is conversational and flexible, meeting you where you are while encouraging growth and insight.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on what brings you to therapy and what feels most important to you right now. You can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can share at your own pace. We’ll begin identifying your goals and any themes that stand out in your story. My aim is to create a foundation of trust and help you feel heard and understood from the start.
