As a therapist with several years of experience using mindfulness in my practice, I have developed the skills and compassion to help you work through a broad range of therapeutic needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, spirituality, family dynamics, self-esteem, and anger management. I can work with you if you're a young adult, adult, or older teen. My goal is to help you find a more fulfilling life by focusing on how you relate to yourself. I look forward to listening attentively and helping you discover the resources in your life, while helping you work through habit loops that trap you in a negative cycle. Together we will explore the challenges you have overcome and unlock your true potential.
