Great to meet you!

Hi everyone! My name is Elliot Rogers and it is great to meet you. I graduated with a Master's of Social Work from the University of Connecticut almost a decade ago and have been working to help clients achieve their personal therapeutic goals ever since.

My approach to therapy

Did you know that upwards of 20% of adults within the United States either have been, or will be, diagnosed with Adjustment Disorder (a stress response from a life changing event) at some point in their life? Whether it is attending school, starting out a marriage, or grieving a loved one, life changing events can feel overwhelming. That is why I am here to help.

What you can expect from me

From your first session with me, you will find that you have a space to be yourself and open up about the challenges that you face. Depending on what your personal therapeutic goals are, I will offer tailored therapeutic modalities and skills to help you make progress towards each goal. Come how you are, I look forward to taking this journey together!
