Great to meet you!

I believe in creating a safe and welcoming place for people to discover themselves. I have 20 years of experience working with adults and adolescents in many different treatment settings. I specialize in issues related to addiction, but feel like I can be supportive and helpful to a wide range of people with different perspectives and challenges.

My approach to therapy

I feel like listening and understanding is the first step to really helping someone feel safe and welcome. Everyone is different, some people want with help specific tools and some just need a safe place to talk. I am open to what you need. I use evidence based practices of listening and problem solving to help people better their lives.

What you can expect from me

I want to empower you with validation and tools that you can take with you. I believe that the people I work with will gain a better understanding of what self-esteem is and how to build it. I believe you will be a stronger and more confident person.
