Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Elliott, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, inspired by my start as a behavioral therapist with the Wisconsin Early Autism Project in 2014. This ignited my passion for mental health, leading me to specialize in helping individuals navigate challenges like ADHD, anxiety, bipolar, depression, along with other diagnoses. Beyond my clinical skills, I cherish each person's story and unique needs, striving to offer empathetic, tailored care.

My approach to therapy

At the heart of my practice is the belief that understanding each person's unique journey is key to effective care. While I have a special focus on ADHD, this philosophy extends to all aspects of mental health. I strive to connect with clients on a personal level, designing treatment plans that respect and respond to their individual needs and aspirations.

What you can expect from me

Working with me means entering a supportive, respectful environment where each client feels heard and valued. Our goal is to achieve realistic, personal growth, and a deeper self-understanding, focusing on building resilience and self-compassion. I honor the courage it takes to seek help, ensuring a journey filled with support and recognition of each individual's strength and potential.
