A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is open and empowering, using evidence-based practices to support healing for both the mind and body. I integrate mindfulness, embodiment, and curiosity alongside talk therapy, recognizing that true healing happens when the mind and body are in sync. By creating a space for self-exploration and self-compassion, I help clients reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. My goal is to foster lasting transformation and resilience through a holistic, embodied approach to healing.

What you can expect from our first session

In therapy, you can expect to explore how trauma and life experiences have affected both your mind and body. Together, we'll work to develop practical tools such as mindfulness to navigate triggers and challenges, helping you stay grounded and present to life. My goal is to empower you with the skills and insight needed to move forward with balance and confidence.
