Great to meet you!

Seeking help takes courage. Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you do not have to face it alone. With over a decade of experience, I have provided evidenced-based therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, adults, and families facing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, behavioral concerns, difficulty in school, and family conflict.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style combines evidence-based practices with a trauma-informed perspective, focusing on building resilience, improving communication, strengthening relationships, and developing healthy coping strategies for improving emotional regulation and positive behaviors. For children and adolescents, I work closely with caregivers to promote lasting progress both at home and in other areas of life. For adults, I provide a supportive space to process challenges, gain insight, and create positive change.

What you can expect from me

During our initial session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy, your personal history, current challenges, strengths, and the goals you hope to achieve. I will take time to understand your unique experiences and answer any questions you may have about the therapeutic process. Together, we will begin identifying treatment goals and developing a plan tailored to your specific needs. Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, family conflict, behavioral concerns, or life transitions, you can expect a collaborative approach focused on practical strategies, personal growth, and meaningful progress. Again, for children and adolescents, I work closely with caregivers to promote lasting progress.
