Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward better mental health can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. As an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, sharing your story, and knowing that you’ll be met with understanding, not judgment. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, or other challenges, my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered to take charge of your mental health.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best care starts with getting to know you as a person, not just your symptoms. Everyone’s experiences and needs are different, so I take a personalized, collaborative approach to treatment. We’ll talk through what you’re experiencing, explore your options, and create a plan that aligns with your goals and feels right for you. My hope is to help you find greater balance, build confidence, and feel more like yourself again.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, judgment-free environment. We’ll discuss what’s been on your mind, what led you to seek support, and what you hope to get out of treatment. You’ll have time to ask questions, share your concerns, and learn about potential treatment options without feeling rushed or pressured. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we meet. We’ll take things one step at a time and work together to find a path forward that feels right for you.
