Great to meet you!

You might be the one who holds it together for everyone else.

But lately, it’s been harder.

Maybe you get irritated faster than you want to snapping at people and then feeling bad after. Maybe your mind keeps running, even when you’re exhausted, and you can’t shut it off. Or maybe you just feel stuck, low energy, no motivation, going through the motions but not really feeling much.

You’ve probably tried to handle it on your own.

I’m someone who’s worked with people in high-stress environments for years, including military settings where pressure, anger, and emotional shutdown are common. This is a space where you don’t have to hold it all in or pretend you’re fine — you can be honest about what’s really going on.

My approach to therapy

We focus on what’s actually happening in your day-to-day life, not just talking in general terms.

We look at real moments:

  • What sets you off and why it escalates so quickly
  • What your thoughts sound like when anxiety kicks in
  • Why it’s hard to slow down or feel present
  • What keeps you stuck in the same patterns

Then we work on changing it in ways that are simple and realistic.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Catch yourself before things boil over
  • Slow down your thoughts so they don’t spiral
  • Respond differently instead of reacting automatically
  • Feel more steady and in control day to day

This isn’t about overcomplicating things — it’s about giving you tools that actually work in real life.

What you can expect from me

We keep it simple so it doesn’t feel overwhelming.

We’ll talk about what’s been going on and what made you reach out now in your own words.

From there, we’ll narrow things down to a few clear areas to focus on (usually no more than two or three) so it actually feels manageable.

By the end, you’ll have a clear sense of what we’re working on and what progress can realistically look like, not just long-term, but starting right away.
