Each session will be a review of your progress towards your treatment goals. Then, we discuss your medications, their effects, and ways to improve adherence. We also explore other treatment modalities. We will do one-on-one coaching sessions to better manage stress, conflicts, and needs.
You will feel hopeful and positive about yourself and your progress and looking forward to continuing your journey to find balance in your life and feeling better and happier.
