Great to meet you!

You might feel emotionally exhausted from trying to manage everything on your own while quietly struggling underneath the surface. Trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, anger, or family conflict can make it hard to feel grounded or fully in control of your life. At times, you may feel stuck repeating patterns that no longer serve you, even when you genuinely want things to change. You don’t have to navigate that alone. Therapy can be a space where you feel supported, challenged, and empowered to begin creating healthier ways of coping, connecting, and moving forward.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals, couples, families, parents, and children navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, substance use, grief, anger management, OCD, eating disorders, relationship challenges, stress management, and major life transitions. My approach is highly integrative and tailored to the unique needs of each client and family system. I draw from evidence-based methods including EMDR, CBT, ACT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Structural Family Therapy, Strategic Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, Mindfulness-Based CBT, and Parent Management Training (PMT). My work focuses on helping clients better understand emotional and behavioral patterns while building practical tools that support long-term healing and healthier relationships.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is collaborative, structured, and focused on meaningful real-world change. I believe healing happens when clients feel both emotionally supported and actively empowered with tools they can apply outside of sessions. Together, we’ll work toward improving emotional regulation, strengthening communication, processing difficult experiences, and creating healthier patterns within yourself, your relationships, and your family system. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling more grounded, self-aware, resilient, and equipped to move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
