Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed mental health professional with extensive training and experience treating anxiety, mood, and substance use disorders. I have worked across all levels of care, from inpatient and residential settings to outpatient therapy, which allows me to support clients with a wide range of needs and goals. I am also a trained sexologist and work with concerns related to intimacy, low libido, and sexual well-being, whether these challenges are rooted in mental health concerns or arise independently. My approach is collaborative, affirming, and tailored to each client’s unique experiences.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic, integrative approach to therapy and do not rely on a single treatment modality. I believe the most impactful aspect of therapy is the therapeutic relationship itself, and that meaningful change begins with strong rapport and trust. Once that foundation is established, I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and DBT, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

In the first few sessions, clients can expect thoughtful questions designed to help me better understand their history, strengths, and current concerns. We will collaborate on a treatment plan by exploring what has worked in the past, what hasn’t, and what they would like to focus on moving forward. This collaborative process helps ensure therapy is personalized, goal-directed, and aligned with each client’s needs.
