Great to meet you!

Do you ever feel like you’re constantly questioning whether you’re “good enough,” even after working so hard to get where you are? Maybe you overthink every decision, and say yes when you want to say no. If you’re navigating imposter syndrome, people-pleasing patterns, or the pressure of balancing cultural expectations with your own identity, I hear you. As a second-generation AAPI woman, I understand the unique pressures that come with navigating cultural identities, family expectations, and the feeling of being “in between” worlds.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, and PTSD. Together, we’ll slow down and explore the patterns showing up in your life. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, trauma-focused, and culturally responsive. I believe therapy is not about “fixing” you, but about helping you reconnect with your best self.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating — I’ve been there! In our first session, my top priority is helping you feel comfortable. You’re always in control of what you share and at what pace. I'm that big sister who will listen without judgment, keep it real, and gently look out for you.

Note: I only have availability Monday/Tuesday evenings.
